My Hubby Brithday 28 july 2010

Salam, 28 July 2010 adalah besday my hubby hehehe.... so utk pertama kali sambut besday dier.. aku nak plan something special for him.. 2 days before i'm looking for a present and decide to buy him a perfume, a birthday card and makan2.. but what kind of perfume he like.. hmm... penat pikir.. sbb my hubby mmg byk perfume.. so i decide to give him perfume yg paling dier suke.. ESCADA SENTIMENT..

aku try carik perfume ESCADA SENTIMENT di almanda putrajaya.. tapi sadly, perfume tu dah takde.. sbb dier limited edition and takkan keluar lagik... so terpakse tuka plan B. carik perfume yg dier tak ponah pakai.. huhuh.. usaha nak carik perfume agak mencabar.. sbb kene bau semua perfume utk dpt kan bau yg my hubby suke... Ralph Lauren, Polo Black, CK, Tommy , Aqua and so on... sakit jugaklah idung aku nak bau sume tuh...hehehe.. but for my best man... aku carik yg terbaik utk dier..

Akhirnyer jumpe perfume SEAN JOHN I am a KING.. bau dier sedap and lebih kurang bau yg my hubby suke.. hopefully dier sukelah.. hehehe

malam tepat pukul 12.. sebelum tido aku wish besday to him... hehehe..
esok pagi nyer kami pergi keje same2.. lepas salam dier nak kuar kete aku bg dier card birthday... hehehe.. and wish birthday again to him.. hehehe..

tgh hari kami lunch same.. aku ajak dier makan di PIZZA HUT baru di cyberjaya.. sadly.. sbb servis kat pizza hut sgt lambat... telah spoil kan mood my hubby.. but kami dapat satu pizza free diatas kelambatan servis kat situ...

petang aku nak ceriakan mood hubby aku ajak dier dinner dekat restauran MALEE dengkil..
hehe... kami order siakap sweet and sour, kailan ikan masin, kerabu mangge, telur dadar, nasik putih adn tomyam ayam..

ketika tgu makanan sampai aku pon bg present kat my hubby... dier bukak hadiah and dier suke perfume yg aku bg.. hehehhe bestnye rase dpt pilih hadiah yg dier suke.. tak lame lepas tuh makanan pon sampai, kami makan and my hubby kate tom yam kat sini sedap.. alhamdulillah tak sia2 bawak p sane.. LUV U ABANG... Muah..!!

WebLogic and Portlet

WebLogic

BEA Systems' WebLogic is a server software application that runs on a middle tier, between back-end databases and related applications andbrowser-based thin clients. WebLogic is a leading e-commerce online transaction processing (OLTP) platform, developed to connect users in adistributed computing environment and to facilitate the integration ofmainframe applications with distributed corporate data and applications.

WebLogic server is based on Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), the standard platform used to create Java-based multi-tier enterprise applications. J2EE platform technologies were developed through the efforts of BEA Systems and other vendors in collaboration with the main developer, Sun Microsystems. Because J2EE applications are standardized modules, WebLogic can automate many system-level tasks that would otherwise have demanded programming time.


Portlet

Portlets are pluggable user interface software components that are managed and displayed in a web portal. Portlets produce fragments of markup code that are aggregated into a portal page. Typically, following the desktop metaphor, a portal page is displayed as a collection of non-overlapping portlet windows, where each portlet window displays a portlet. Hence a portlet (or collection of portlets) resembles a web-based application that is hosted in a portal. Some examples of portlet applications are email, weather reports, discussion forums, andnews.

Portlet standards are intended to enable software developers to create portlets that can be plugged in to any portal supporting the standards.

mule2 aku layan carite arjuna.. tapi citer Duyung Aridanata ni pon mcm best jer.. so terpakse pilih mane satu nak tgk.. sbb 2-2 pukul 9.. huhuhu sabar jerlah.. so last2 salah satu kadang2 aku tgk online jer..

How to Get Fit in the Gym

Step 1 : Walk in the door (the hardest part). No matter how tired you are, make 2 or 3 days a week mandatory in the gym. When you go doesn't matter - just do it before you get home in the evening. You need to start with a commitment. And a first step.

Step 2 : Warm up. Five to 10 minutes on the elliptical if you can.

Step 3 : Do less. Forget about 3 sets (unless you really are a professional athlete). One set of 10 to 20 or so is enough. However, there has to be enough weight to tire the muscle without straining. Yes, for most of us less really is more. If a workout is not as tedious, it'll be easier to do on a regular basis. The concept in fitness circles is called supersets - and they really are.

Step 4 : Limit yourself to 6 to 9 machines and 20 to 30 minutes. DON'T rest between machines. Use machines rather than free weights, especially when getting started. They're designed to keep you in proper form.

Step 5 : Rotate among upper body, core (mid-section) and legs.

Step 6 : Work major muscle groups. Curls are not needed. Arms are worked indirectly by chest, back or shoulder exercises. The more slowly that you move the weight, the better. If you rush, inertia takes over and you're not working the muscle over its full range. Even slower on the negative
Step 7 : Hop on the elliptical for 10 to 20 minutes and optionally switch to the treadmill for another 5 to 20. Go fast enough to sweat. No reading is allowed (it slows you down). Once you've settled into a routine, intersperse with 1 or 2 minute intense segments (interval training), where you push your heart rate an extra 10 or 20 BPM. Cool down for a few minutes. Stretch at the end of your workout. If you're up for more cardio, go for it but build up slowly.

Step 8 : Reward yourself with a few minutes in the pool, steam room or sauna.

Step 9 : While at home, it is important to eat a nutritionally sound diet. Eat more veggies and fruit and fewer dense foods, especially those that are high in fat. Skip the protein bars or drinks. Protein deficiency is rare in the US. Only professional athletes need supplemental protein.

Step 10 : On days you skip the gym, do something else. Even if it's just a 10 minute walk (or two). Use the stairs instead of the elevator.

Going to the Gym for the First Time

Salam.. now i'm start going to gym.. hehe.. actually aku dah lame tak bersenam.. rase badan nih asik sakit2 jer.. period selalu delay jer.. baru2 nih my hubby ckp.. u tak period lagik ker? i pon ckp maybe i tak bersenam kot.. tu sbb tak period2.. so from now.. kene displin kan diri utk bersenam supaye dapat badan yg sihat. So my next step is find gym for ladies.. aku nak p gym tapi tak mohlah unisex punyer.. selang 2 hari kami dapat brochure dari Dr.Azimuth.. gym for ladies promotion.. hehehe.. mcm tau2 jer aku tgh carik gym.. keesokkan harinyer.. lepas balik office aku singgah lah gym tuh.. dekat depan jusco bukit raja jer.. aku pun masuk dlm gym nak tgk2.. so far oklah ade 30 machine dlm gym tuh.. and have trainers can train new member mcm i nih.. hehehe.. so objective nak carik gym for ladies accomplish.. next step is set date and time utk pergi gym.. so far after keje aku singgah p bersenam kejap.. lepas solat maghrib kat gym aku pon balik rumah.. setiap kali berpeluh2 rase badan nih sihat. heheh saje physco kan diri utk sihat...
